Glasgow Church of Christ is a non-denominational Jesus focussed Bible-believing fellowship. We are committed to the teachings of the Bible and to live out our faith on this earth expressed practically through our love for God, his Word, each other and individuals in our neighbourhood and beyond. We see ourselves as a restoration movement, dedicated to spreading the word of Christ within the community, and sharing our faith with others.
With families, students, and singles from all walks of life, our church is very diverse but also very close-knit. In the UK, we are associated with the ICC Missions family of churches, and globally with the International Churches of Christ.
St Mungo’s legacy in Glasgow is one that has grown and progressed for many years. As a church, we believe that Neilston can still flourish through the preaching of God’s word and the application of the Scriptures in our daily lives. By showing our faith to others through our deeds and actions, we aim to help others to discover the plan that God has for them, and share his love with as many people as possible.
As a congregation, we believe in God’s forgiveness and in His ability to alter all elements of our everyday lives, relationships, and family life.

Learn How to Study The Bible In Neilston
It might be daunting to study the Bible by yourself, especially if you are new to it. But just like any other relationship, establishing a true understanding of the Scriptures needs time, effort, and real interaction. In order to help you check out the Bible we have produced a series of topical Bible-studies that covers topics like:
Faith – How is faith defined in the Bible, how does it operate in my life, how does it influence my choices, and how does it connect to my relationship with God?
Seeking God – Why should I pursue a relationship with God, what does that appear like, and what does it suggest?
The Word of God – How the Bible is the divine authority of God and how we might utilise it in our lives to bring integrity, concentration, and purpose into our lives with an everlasting hope.
Jesus – His identity, His character, His love, His conviction, His mission and His sacrifice. How he lived, his focus, his vision, his heart, how he overcame temptations, hurt, ridicule, betrayal, worry, suffering. How he offers the hope we all require so frantically.
Discipleship – How we are not only called to baptise but also to assist individuals grow, training and equipping others in following Jesus, and satisfying the dream Jesus has for us.
Sin/conviction – Acknowledging and welcoming the truth of the concerns we face that keep us from God, how they impact our goals, dreams, and relationships.
The Cross – Understanding Jesus’ sacrifice, the ultimate act of grace and love, his death, burial and resurrection and how it solves our issue with our sin that separates us from him.
Repentance – By making us familiar with the power the Gospel has and the power we have to alter our mentality, the Gospel helps us in overcoming our sin and becoming more of who we are intended to be.
Baptism – How we receive the Holy Spirit as a gift, which gives us the capability to live a renewed life while being absolved of our sins and liberated from anything prevents us from living a life to the full.
The Holy Spirit – How we let the Holy Spirit works in our lives by imitating the love, service, and sacrifice Jesus offered, and how the Holy Spirit operates in a Christian’s life.
The Church – Realising your purpose in God’s plan and the true meaning of “church”, not as a building or cathedral, but as a family of followers, dedicated to love, serve, forgive, motivate, lay down our lives and share our hearts and ownerships with one another.

Neilston Family Friendly Church for All Ages
As we consider church to be like family we live and gain from each other, both in devoting to and obeying the Scriptures and through following Jesus learning each day to become more like him in his thoughts, actions, choices, love and grace. No matter age, we believe we are to serve one another as Jesus served others and minister to each other through discipling relationships. We see from Scriptures that Christianity very much is a “one-another” religion, sharing a common faith and common love for God and each other.
Glasgow Church Family and Ministries
To meet the requirements of every member of our congregation, our Neilston church offers a range of ministries, including a marriage ministry, student ministry, children’s ministry, women’s and men’s ministry, kids’s ministry, teenager ministry, and singles ministry.
