The Cross – Having a clear understanding of Jesus’ sacrifice, the height of grace and love, his death, burial, and resurrection, and how it attends to the issue of our sin that keeps us from God.

We are a varied church with members varying in age from 14 to devoted baptised disciples over the age of 80. As we regard church to be like family, we live and learn from one another, both in dedicating to and following the Scriptures and in following Jesus, learning each day to become more like him in his ideas, actions, options, love, and grace. Regardless of age, we believe we are to serve one another as Jesus served others and minister to each other through discipling relationships. We see from Scriptures that Christianity very much is a “one-another” religion, sharing a common faith and common love for God and each other.

Our church in Helensburgh covers numerous ministries in order to support the requirements of every member in our congregation such as marriage ministry, student ministry, children’s ministry, women’s and men’s ministry, teenagers ministry and singles ministry.
