Glasgow Church of Christ is built on the belief that we are all called to spread the good news as widely as possible. This is our mission, our calling, and the purpose and strategy that God has for our lives.. As all of us originate from very different backgrounds and have been influenced in various ways, all of us need to study the Bible for ourselves and make up our own mind regarding the calling from God’s word; the calling to salvation and improvement through his word and holy spirit.

We believe that the Bible should be the ultimate authority in our lives. After all, it is the Word of God composed for us. God desires all of us to be saved and has called us through his Gospel and convicts us through his Spirit of our sin, righteousness and judgement. The subjects we cover are:

Seeking God – Through prayer and bible verse study, develop an applicant’s heart to discover how to pursue a relationship with God.

Jesus – who is He, what life did He live, why did He come? How is it relevant to me today?

The Word of God – How the Bible should be our ultimate source of guidance and moral advice. The word study will help you in showing that the example in between the ancient and new testaments and the breath of God is precise.

Discipleship – The Bible specifies a Christian and shows that the only fitting reaction to Jesus’ dying on our behalf is to comply with God by following His Son. Anything less devalues the offering He made on our behalf.

The Church – God’s plan for his church, how we connect with one another as his new holy community.
