About the Glasgow Church of Christ

We are a non-denominational Christian Bible based Church More about our church beliefs can be found on the "Core Beliefs" page of this website. |

On Sundays we meet at Kelvinside Hillhead Parish Church, Observatory Road in Hillhead at 2:30pm each Sunday afternoon. Observator Road is in the heart of the West End of Glasgow, just off Byres Road and near the bontanic gardens.

Our church membership is composed of students, young professionals, people currently seeking employment, families and retired people, from both Scottish and international backgrounds.

We financially support our sister Church in Ahmednagar, India as well as the Hope Foundation School in Bhuj, India.
We are a small but growing community, strongly believing and striving for Faith to express itself through Love, Galatians 5:6 [show]

Church Leaders

 | CJ Wakefield has been working in the full-time ministry for a number of years first in London and now in Glasgow. He is married with three young boys. CJ is a man full of faith with a vision for Glasgow and for Scotland to see as many won for Christ as possible. |

 | Adam Birr grew up in East Anglia, England. Adam has been a member of a number of churches across the UK including being a member of the Glasgow Church of Christ since 2001 and has spent time in the full-time ministry. Adam currently co-leads the Glasgow Church of Christ. Adam is also married and has two boys and a girl (all of which have been born in Glasgow). Adam's passion is for deep spiritual teaching.

 | William Smith has been part of the Glasgow Leadership team for the last couple of years and has been a member of the Glasgow Church of Christ since it was first planted in 2001. William is married and oversees the work of the Glasgow South Side ministry. |
